Kay Diaz, originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, now calls Lakeland, Florida home. With over 25 years of experience as an educator, she has touched countless lives through her dedication to teaching. Kay is also a proud mother of five wonderful children and a joyful memaw to six vibrant and beautiful grandchildren. A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, Kay is not only an accomplished educator but also a passionate pastor committed to sharing the Gospel. She is the author of What if God Hadn’t, a captivating children’s book in English and Spanish that illustrates the significant events of the Exodus, demonstrating divine intervention’s crucial role in the Israelites’ fate. In her free time, she enjoys music, reading, and traveling, all of which bring her immense joy and inspiration.
